During the year second graders will be studying these topics in Science:

• Water Cycle
• Life Cycles
• Recycling

In social studies we will be studying:

• Maps/globes
• continents and oceans
• U.S. symbols
• Biographies and autobiographies

We will also work on completing Engineering Design Challenges as part of our STEM unit (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
