Hi, my name is Maggie Carter and I am the social worker for Pk-2 at the Shaughnessy. I have worked in a couple of different buildings before finding my home at the Shaughnessy. I love spending time with my family and Charley, our dog. In my spare time I teach barre classes, play tennis, and go to concerts and just enjoy being outdoors. During our vacation time, you will most likely find me abroad exploring other parts of the world! 

Hello! My name is Amy Ventre, one of the social workers at the Shaughnessy School, focusing on grades 3 and 4. Prior to joining the Shaughnessy Shark team, I worked at the Rogers STEM Academy for 10 years. My husband and I are empty nesters - our daughters, Olivia and Gracie - are college students in New York and California. We are lucky to have our dog Benny to fill the void and keep us company. I love spending time with my girls when they’re home, taking walks with my husband and dog, getting together with friends, going to the beach and traveling. I am excited to be part of the Shaughnessy community and get to know all of our little Sharks and their families.
